Common Questions and Things you may want to know

How far to the shops
Our nearest Shops are about 8km away. We can arrange shopping for your arrival if needed, we also provide a welcome pack with some basics.
Do we need a car
If you aim to go travelling and seeing the local area then we would suggest hiring a car. If you plan to just nip to the shops for groceries and then spend your time locally then we will happily nip you to the shops or the odd journey.
How can I get to you from the airport
We are about an hour from the airport, we can arrange collection and drop off. As you get closer to us you will see the scenery change and the forests begin, it is a beautiful drive.
Whats included
Our prices have no hidden extras. Take a look through the website or contact us with any questions or specifics. The gite is yours for your stay and all the activities, horses, off road and bikes are exclusively for you to use.
What about the quad
You need to be 18 and have a driving licence. the quad is road legal and can take a passenger. We can provide helmets. You can use the quad as and when you want, so long as we are not using it for the horses, please visit the off road page or contact us for more info.
Are Bills included
Yes. No hidden costs. You need to buy logs in the cooler months and logs for the Hot tub. We have bags of wood to buy at the same price we bought them for.
Terms and Conditions
We do have terms and conditions for the protection of all of us. You can find them here.
Do we need to pay a deposits
Yes. We take a deposit for the gite of 200 Euros and a deposit for the quad of 200 Euros. This is returnable in full when you leave. We always find it easier just to replace things if you break them. Dont worry we wont withhold refunding for small breakages.
Do you charge for horses and quads
No we dont. We do ask for voluntary contributions towards horsey things like food and shoes, but it is voluntary.
Insurance
We would advise that you get holiday insurance and to be specific if you intend to horse ride and use the quad bike to make sure you are covered. Our horses are insured for public liability but you will need your own insurance for accidennts. This is our advice, but your choice. The quad is insured for road use and off road use, but not insured for driver and passenger in the event of an accident.
